WaMu Stock Now Officially on My Watch List

As you know, this blog is all about passive income opportunities. One way to receive passive income is through stocks that pay dividends. One such stock that pays dividends is that of Washington Mutual, a consumer and small business banking company. Its stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol WM.

WaMu currently pays its shareholders an annual dividend of USD $2.24 for each share owned. At the time of this post, WM is trading at $17.30 a share, which produces a dividend yield just under 13%. That’s a pretty spectacular annual return on investment as far as I’m concerned.
